Help is on the Way, Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver

A woman in the Bible days,
her last meal almost gone,
But God sent Elijah,
to make his word known,
He said "woman don't you worry,
for God sent me today,
And before you even asked Him, help was on the way

Just hold on a little longer, help is on the way,
A brighter day is coming,
for those who believe and pray,
Help won't help tomorrow, if you give up today,
Just hold on a little longer, help is on the way.

Troubles of this life come by, and burdens get you down,
You think no one is listening, you think no one's around,
Just remember what his word says, trust him and obey,
Keep your eyes towards the Heavens,
cause help is on the way.

Just hold on a little longer, help is on the way
A brighter day is coming,
For those who believe and pray,
Help won't help tomorrow, if you give up today,
Just hold a little longer, help is on the way.

Help won't help tomorrow; if you give up today,
Just hold on a little longer, help is on the way......

Just Over in Heaven sung by Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver

What a wonderful time is waiting ahead,
Just beyond that beautiful sunset.
I'm all fixed up, I'm ready to leave.
Just over in Heaven, you will find me.

Just over in Heaven, you will find me,
Walking on streets of gold forever is where I'll be,
Shout a new praise in Christ, our Lord,
Who really died for you and me.
Just over in Heaven is where I'll be.

In that great place of unending day,
With the many loved ones forever to stay,
We'll walk and talk and shout and sing,
Just over in Heaven with Christ, our King.

Just over in Heaven, you will find me,
Walking on streets of gold forever is where I'll be,
Shout a new praise in Christ, our Lord,
Who really died for you and me.
Just over in Heaven is where I'll be.

Just over in Heaven, you will find me,
Walking on streets of gold forever is where I'll be,
Shout a new praise in Christ our Lord,
Who really died for you and me.
Just over in Heaven is where I'll be.

Just over in heaven, is where I'll be!

Be Not Afraid
Written by Jeannie C. Riley, sung by Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver

Be Not Afraid

Tossed to and fro the disciples were fearing
Their very lives they were lost out at sea
High winds were raging waves all around them
Then among storm fear not be at peace

He came to them walkin' on water and talkin'
Though they had known Him still they were afraid
Then Jesus spoke gently lo I am with thee
He ceased the winds and He settled the waves

Be not afra-id it's only the Master
Calming the storm removing all harm
Be of good che-er your Savior's here now
So be of good faith for I'm here to stay be not afraid

Once my ship was sinkin' twas the end I was thinking
For there was no life boat between me and the sea
Then the Lord in compassion put His love to action
Then His dear sweet hand in love lifted me

Be not afra-id it's only the Master
Calming the storm removing all harm
Be of good che-er your Savior's here now
So be of good faith for I'm here to stay be not afraid

So be of good faith for I'm here to stay be not afraid

On the Sea of Life
Sung by Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver, Mr. Lawson has roots in Hancock County, East Tennessee

On The Sea of Life

We are on the sea of life
Sailing to a better home
Where the saved of all the earth shall abide
Leaving all our trials here
Many pleasures wait us there
When we cross the foam and reach the other side

We are (Sailing on) sailing onward, sailing , sailing o'er the foam
We are talking to the captain as the angry billows hum
Soon yes (Sailing to) soon we'll reach the harbor and we're safely o'er the tide
We are going onward to the other side

Many millions now abide
In that home beyond the tide
Where the reassumed pilgrims wade free from care
There is room on board for all
Who will heed the captain's call
And take ship for Heaven's country bright and fair

We are (Sailing on) sailing onward, sailing , sailing o'er the foam
We are talking to the captain as the angry billows hum
Soon yes (Sailing to) soon we'll reach the harbor and we're safely o'er the tide
We are going onward to the other side

We are (Sailing on) sailing onward, sailing , sailing o'er the foam
We are talking to the captain as the angry billows hum
Soon yes (Sailing to) soon we'll reach the harbor and we're safely o'er the tide
We are going onward to the other side

Just Over In Heaven
Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver , Mr. Lawson has roots in Hancock County, East Tennessee ....

Just Over in Heaven

A wonderful time is waiting ahead,
Just beyond the beautiful sunset
I'm all fixed up, I'm ready to leave.
Just over in heaven, you will find me

CHORUS
Just over in heaven, you will find me,
Walking on streets of gold forever is where I'll be,
Shouting the praise of Christ, our Lord,
Who freely died for you and me
Just over in heaven is where I'll be

In that great place of unending day,
With the many loved ones forever to stay,
We'll walk and talk and shout and sing,
Just over in heaven with Christ, our king

CHORUS
Just over in heaven, you will find me,
Walking on streets of gold forever is where I'll be,
Shouting the praise of Christ, our Lord,
Who freely died for you and me
Just over in heaven is where I'll be

Just over in heaven, is where I’ll be
